Tim Edmonds

A little about me

Tim is both the Founder & Managing Director of E Property Consultants and would be described as an entrepreneur, opportunist and creative property developer.

Tim started his entrepreneurial career at only 21 years of age in 1986 when he purchased his first business, a Gold’s Gym – the largest in Queensland at the time.

Throughout his extensive career in Real Estate, Tim has been involved in an array of projects ranging from residential renovations to subdivision and land development and has worked alongside large international companies such as Coca-Cola and Incitec Pivot.

With Commercial Real Estate as his primary focus, Tim created E Property Consultants in 2002 where he decided to sink his teeth into Commercial Property agency consultancy redevelopment and renovations.

Combining his skills of sales and leasing with property development, Tim found he gravitated to finding properties that were vacant underutilised and turning them into something practical, modern and unique. As a result, all of Tim’s projects are now fully occupied and have increased in capital value. In some cases by up to almost 250%!

Due to his experience and charismatic leadership, Tim is able to support his team in providing expert advice and achieving outstanding results for their clients.
