James Collier

Hi, I’m James , the new Commercial Asset Manager at E-Property.

I am excited to be making the change from my 7 year career in the mining industry, and diving into commercial real estate, as this is something I am passionate about. Real estate is a career I have envisioned myself in for quite a while and I am always seeking personal and career growth and look forward to the challenge.

As an asset manager with E-Property, my role is to manage your property and tenants so you, as a property investor do not have to. We strive for increased rental returns and open communication with our tenants and owners.

I have lived most of my life in far North Queensland, from Weipa to Townsville, and basically everything in between. When I’m not at work, you can find me at the gym, or your nearest Grill’d restaurant.

I look forward to utilising my transferable skills and managing your property alongside Liv !
