In his downtime, Steve is involved in beach volleyball, tennis and reluctantly hitting the gym!

As a Commercial and Industrial Leasing Executive for E Property Consultants, I am passionate about finding property solutions for the North Queensland business community.

I’ve always had a strong interest in real estate, which drove me to undertake my REIQ License before joining the Colliers Townville team in early 2017. I’m a North Queensland local, born in the Burdekin before moving to Townsville in 2004. Having grown up in a family who have always owned and operated small businesses, it has helped develop my understanding of the needs and challenges for business operators in the region.

Prior to real estate, I was a professional Rugby League player initially attending Kirwan State High School’s Rugby League Excellence Program, during which time I was proud to have represented both Queensland and Australia. I went on to secure playing contracts with both the Newcastle Knights and the North Queensland Cowboys.

After many years having worked in my family’s businesses and my time as a professional rugby league player, I have developed a strong work ethic and a range of transferable skills that will ensure that the needs of our clients are met in a timely and proficient manner. In addition to this I believe in acting with honesty and integrity at all times and treating people with the same level of respect.

Jessica joined our team when searching for a career change. Jessica has over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance and has taken the next move in her career as a Commercial and Industrial Sales and Leasing Executive. Real estate has followed Jessica since completing her university studies in Commerce, she became a Certified Practising Accountant while working as an accountant for over 4 years at a local real estate business in Townsville. Her interests in real estate are now her full time abode and she brings great professionalism and enthusiasm to our team.

Having grown up on a watermelon and sugarcane farm in Ingham, Jess had Hinchinbrook Island and the Great Barrier reef on her doorstep. Now outside of work Jess loves boating and fishing, and has water ski raced both locally and across North Queensland for 9 years.
